The scope of Works generally comprises the engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and remedying of Defects of the Qetaifan Island North Development, Phase 2, Package 8 – Infrastructure and Landscape Project in an overall plot area of 479,366 m² consisting of multiple residential parcels of land (Infrastructure, Landscape and Building works (utilities, ancillary building & community center building)), right of ways and ancillary buildings. However, the Areas pertaining to Residential plot within the QIN (Phase 2) under the scope of works are “out of scope limit” thereby leaving the net Area of scope equals to 171,079.26 m². Whereas the approximate size of additional scope of works related to Design & Build Landscape at different locations is 523,378.42 m².
