Brief Description

The   Marina  Yacht  Club  is  situated  at  the  Lusail  city  and  very  unique  in  nature  which has turned to be another landmark structure in the industrial  map  of  Qatar.   It  is  very  prestigious  and  relaxed,  pleasant and efficient, exclusive  and welcoming two story building highly visible from the promenade that develops on three sides of the marina.

The  sculpted  roof  curve  of  the  Marina  Yacht Club emerges from the promenade horizontal and curls dynamically to offer a signature skyline to  the  marine, rather  than  being  mimetic with yachts, the design takes it inspiration from those concepts associated to yachting; movement  and aero/ hydro –dynamism. The project was a joint-venture with Ceinsa Construction W.L.L. We are aiming to achieve a Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) 4-star rating.

Best concrete construction in Qatar and awarded second place in the international competition organized by American Concrete (ACI) for the year 2018.
